Delete your account
You can erase your Evo Legion account and its data (developer: Solmatter Inc.) right away in the game, or ask us to do it by email.
Subscribed? Cancel first. Deleting your game account doesn’t cancel a Starlight Patron subscription on the App Store. Cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Option 1: delete it in the game (recommended)
- Open the game and tap Settings at the top right of the home screen.
- Tap Delete account near the bottom.
- Read the notice and tap Delete account again to confirm.
Your account data is erased from our server, your anonymous sign-in account is deleted, the game’s save files on the device are cleared, and the game starts over from scratch. You need to be online. Nothing is erased until our server confirms, so if it fails, just try again.
Option 2: ask us by email
If you’ve already deleted the app or can’t open the game, email kimsol@solmatter.kr with the subject Evo Legion account deletion request.
Evo Legion uses anonymous accounts with no login, and the game doesn’t display an account ID. To help us find the right account, include at least one of these:
- A transfer code (format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, created within the last 7 days and not yet used) — from Settings → Move account → Create a transfer code in the game
- An Apple order ID and the purchase date, if you ever bought something in the game. You’ll find it in Apple’s receipt email or at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase on Android, the Google Play order number (starts with GPA.)
- Also helpful: the device model you played on, and roughly when you started and last played
We don’t need your name, phone number or any ID document, so please don’t send them.
What happens next
- We use the code or order ID you sent to find the account.
- Once confirmed, we delete it exactly as the in-game option does.
- We finish within 10 days of receiving your email and reply to let you know.
An account with neither a transfer code nor a purchase is an anonymous record that can’t be tied to anyone, so we have no way to single it out. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you in our reply.
What is deleted, and what is kept
| Deleted | Kept (required by law) |

Crash reports (up to 90 days) and, if you agreed, usage stats (up to 14 months) are collected without your account ID, aren’t linked to your account, and expire on their own. Copies in database backups are gone within 7 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Deletion can’t be undone. Any Nebulite, items and purchase benefits in the account go with it.
