Terms of Use
Subscription at a glance — Starlight Patron is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the next month within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Details are in section 8.
1. Who we are
These terms cover your use of Evo Legion and its related services (the “game”), provided by Solmatter Inc. (“we”, “us”).
- Company
- Solmatter Inc. (주식회사 솔매터), Republic of Korea
- CEO
- Sol Kim
- Business registration no.
- 433-87-04342
- kimsol@solmatter.kr
2. These terms and Apple’s EULA
- These terms apply from the moment you install or start using the game.
- If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. The Standard EULA governs your license to the app; these terms add the rules for the game service and in-app purchases.
- We may update these terms where the law allows. We post changes on this page and in the game at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that work against you). If you don’t accept the new terms, you can stop playing and delete your account.
- How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
- There is no sign-up. The first time you open the game it creates an anonymous account, which stays tied to the sign-in details stored on that device.
- To move to a new device, go to Settings → Move account, create a transfer code, and enter it on the new device. A code works once and lasts 7 days. Anyone who has your code can take your account, so keep it to yourself.
- If you delete the app or lose your device without a transfer code, the anonymous account may be impossible to recover. If you bought anything, contact Support and we’ll help as far as we can verify.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This erases your progress along with any Nebulite and items you hold, and cannot be undone.
- Accounts, transfer codes, currency and items may not be sold, bought or handed to someone else.
4. The service
- Saving progress, the shop, summons, missions and the Season Pass need an internet connection.
- We may pause the service for maintenance or because of outages, and we’ll give notice ahead of time when we can.
- We may improve or change the game’s content — stages, species, balance, rewards and events. We give advance notice before changing what a paid item contains or the rates of a randomized item.
- If we ever shut the game down, we’ll announce it at least 30 days ahead. Unused paid items are then handled according to applicable law and Apple’s policies.
5. Fair play
Please don’t do any of the following. If we find it happening, we may void the affected records or restrict the account; we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
- Tampering with or reverse-engineering the game or its network traffic for an advantage, or using unauthorized tools
- Knowingly and repeatedly exploiting bugs
- Taking over someone else’s account through their transfer code or device
- Trading accounts, currency or items, or paying with a payment method you’re not entitled to use
- Overloading our servers or otherwise disrupting the service
6. Nebulite and paid items
- The game sells:
- Nebulite (consumable virtual currency), spent on summons, Research, fragment exchange and more. Your first purchase of each Nebulite bundle gives double the listed amount.
- Packs (non-consumable, once per account): the First Strike, Growth and Legion Packs and the Chapter 4–6 Victory Packs. Each opens up after you clear a certain stage.
- Season Pass (consumable): unlocks the premium track of the season running when you buy it (seasons last 28 days). Rewards for tiers you reach can still be claimed after the season ends. If you are charged again for a season whose premium track you already own, you receive 2,500 Nebulite instead.
- Starlight Patron (auto-renewing subscription): see section 8.
- Prices are the ones shown on the purchase screen in the game and on the App Store, taxes included. Payment goes through Apple’s In-App Purchase and is charged to the payment method on your Apple Account when you confirm.
- Paid items are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Nebulite and in-game items are a license to use them in the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or refunded in cash, and do not expire.
- Nebulite you earn by playing and Nebulite you buy share one balance. When you spend Nebulite, purchased Nebulite is counted as spent first.
- Summons are randomized items. Rates by grade, what each grade gives, and pity rules are published in the game under Growth → Odds & guarantees and on our summon rates page.
7. Refunds
- Apple handles refunds for anything bought on the App Store. We don’t hold your payment details and can’t issue refunds ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support.
- Under Korean consumer law, you may withdraw a purchase within 7 days if the item is unused. Items that are delivered and used the moment you pay (Nebulite you have already spent, rewards you have already claimed, Season Pass rewards you have opened, and similar) may not be eligible. To withdraw a purchase, request a refund from Apple, and contact us if you need help.
- If a minor paid without a parent or guardian’s consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel the payment. Ask Apple for a refund and let us know; we’ll help confirm the details.
- When a payment is refunded or cancelled, we take back whatever that purchase granted that is still unspent (Nebulite, Season Pass access, the Patron Frame and so on). Anything already used is reviewed case by case.
- If a paid item doesn’t arrive or stops working because of our mistake, we’ll deliver it again or make it right with an equivalent.
8. Auto-renewing subscription: Starlight Patron
- What you get: 600 Nebulite with every payment (the first one and each monthly renewal); 200 Nebulite each day while subscribed, collected from Shop → Patron daily on that day; result bonuses granted automatically; one Abyss continue per day; and the Patron Frame. Days reset at 05:00 Korea time (20:00 UTC).
- Length and price: one month per period. The price is shown on the purchase screen and on the App Store.
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews for another month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: after buying, manage the subscription or turn off auto-renew at any time in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or App Store → your account → Subscriptions). If you cancel, you keep the benefits until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Refunds: charges for a period already paid follow Apple’s refund policy.
- Price changes: if the price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and asks for your consent where required.
- Deleting your game account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Please cancel the subscription first.
9. Restoring purchases
Shop → Restore purchases checks again for packs and subscriptions bought with the same Apple Account. Consumable items such as Nebulite are not restored by the App Store; once delivered, they live in your game account. When you change devices, use a transfer code.
10. Limits on our liability
- We aren’t responsible for losses caused by events beyond our control, by your device or connection, or by your own actions (such as sharing a transfer code), unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
- For features provided free of charge, we are not liable unless the law says otherwise.
- Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
11. About Apple
- These terms are between you and Solmatter Inc., not Apple Inc. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. Send questions and claims about the game to us.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Disputes and governing law
- If something goes wrong, please email kimsol@solmatter.kr first. We’ll work to resolve it.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any lawsuit goes to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
Version
- These terms take effect on September 27, 2026.
These terms are published in Korean and English. If they differ, the Korean version prevails.
