현재 버전에는 광고와 인앱결제가 없습니다. 앱은 한 번 구매하는 유료 완결판입니다.
진행 기록은 어디에 저장되나요?
앱의 iOS 로컬 컨테이너에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 진행 기록도 삭제될 수 있습니다.
소리가 나지 않아요.
앱의 설정에서 ‘게임 사운드’와 필요한 ‘효과음·환경음·음악’ 항목이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. PUTT AGAIN은 iPhone의 무음 모드를 존중하고 다른 앱의 오디오와 함께 재생되므로, 기기 음량과 무음 모드도 확인해 주세요.

Do I need an internet connection?
No. Core play and local saving in the current version work offline.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play immediately without signing in.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. The current version is a paid complete edition with neither advertising nor in-app purchases.
Where is progress stored?
Only in the app's local iOS container. Deleting the app may also delete progress.
Why is there no sound?
In the app's Settings, confirm that Game Sound and the relevant Sound Effects, Ambience, and Music switches are on. PUTT AGAIN respects the iPhone silent switch and mixes with audio from other apps, so also check the device volume and silent mode.
What to include in a support request
Include your device model, iOS version, app version and build number, the screen where the issue occurred, reproduction steps, and—if possible—a screenshot without personal information. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.
